Great layouts Laura - you accomplished an amazing amount of work in such a short time. Even though you say the designs are "simple", I think they are still gorgeous!

Thanks for the tip about that adhesive - I think I've probably been using the same thing for a couple of years. Interestingly, last week I went by Wal-Mart to stock back up, and my local WM isn't selling that brand any longer. They had a different brand, but for the same price - this brand is a nationally known one - hopefully the quality will be up to the reputation of their name.

Looking forward to those new kits! But enjoy the few days of summer you have left!

OMG!!! That happend to me recently! I was looking at some old scrapbooks and everything started to pop off! And I too used adhesive from Walmart.

so glad i don't use adhesive from walmart. i used an adhesive that was wonderful but no longer available. i always ordered a case of it from the manufactor.
your layouts look great. i like simple and most of mine are simple. every few layout has a lot of embelishment and those are fun to make but usually less is better.

NEVER use glue sticks, every LO I have done using a glue stick has fallen apart. I use a tape runner by TOMBOW. Fabulous product, easy to use, most places carry them, but I order them in bulk on line so I always have plenty. So nice to see your regular layouts, I have always wondered if your scrapbooks were as full of embellishments as your minibooks (which I find very inspiring). I so love it when I have really dedicated time to scrap. My two youngest had their wisdom teeth out last Friday so I spent the weekend playing nurse and scrapping.
