CHA was again an AMAZING time and I LOVE seeing all my dear artsy friends!
The new products are also fun too and I thought I would share some of my photo's from the show.
Friday was "set-up" day and I helped design the Clear Scraps Booth. It's fun to help this lovely couple who have become like family to me. Even though I'm not officially on their Design Team anymore, they are so kind to me and send me goodies in the mail to make pretty stuff with! So if you were at the Clear Scraps booth, you probably saw some of my work in their booth. :)
One of the BRAND NEW Clear Scraps items for this CHA was their new Binder Albums! These are AWESOME and I'm been wanting them to make something like this for years. I'm so excited about these and you can design your own "insides" with many different acrylic and chipboard shaped pages! They come in 8x10 and a 6x6 size. They sent me one a while back that I put together for the booth:
So fun.
The other thing that was new for Clear Scraps was their Boarder strips. These are 12" strips of acrylic in all shapes and I used a couple different ones. The 1st one was a butterfly strip that I used Ranger's Alcohol Ink on to give it a "wood grain" look and then curled it a bit with my heat embosser:
I also used another boarder stip to make a BRACELET! I was looking at a flower one they gave me and put it around my wrist. I kind of thought about it and went for it and came up with this:
I sent a picture to Susan when I was done and she liked it so much, she asked me if we could do that as the Make-n-Take for the show! Now I think Scrapbook Expo may be doing it as well and you might be seeing this at your local scrapbook show soon. :)
Clear Scraps had a lot of new products, including some new STENCILS that I have yet to try, but they were a BIG hit at the show! But the last thing I'll share of my designs is with Clear Scraps new Mini Frames. They now have mini, large and XL frames, but I thought the mini's were perfect for an Instagram album. I used a canvas album and just had fun with my Instagram photos from Italy and their new frames:
It was a fun week getting to design some stuff for CHA and it made me think about maybe wanting to be in that DT mode again... who knows??
Now I'll post some photo's from the show of other new products I LOVED:
